Our process

From a blank board to a paid renewal, with nothing dropped in between.

Most shops stitch this together from a design freelancer, a separate e-sign tool, an invoicing app and a spreadsheet of who’s up for renewal. Here it’s one connected process: design the spec art, close the deal, then run and renew the account — all from links you send, not software you have to teach a client to use.

Phase 1

Brief & design

Turn a prospect into finished, print-ready concepts before you leave the parking lot.

No brand questionnaire

Paste the prospect’s website (or send them the no-login intake wizard if you’d rather they fill it in themselves). The engine reads palette, typefaces, logo and tone, and writes a brand brief you can check before a single pixel renders.

Several angles, not one guess

Every run returns multiple strategically distinct concepts — built for a three-second glance at highway speed — instead of five versions of the same idea.

Export at the size you sell

Correct aspect ratio, exact logo placement, 300 DPI, resized to every face in your inventory. About 10 credits ($10) and a few minutes, not a few days with a freelance artist.

Phase 2

Present & close

One link does the whole close — no separate proposal PDF, e-sign tool and invoice.

The deal room

Send a single link with the proposal and price on it. The prospect reviews it, signs in place, and pays the deposit — three steps, one page, no bouncing between four different tools and emails.

Honest e-signing

Signing requires an actual scroll to the bottom of the agreement plus an explicit consent click — not a rubber-stamp checkbox — so the signature holds up if it’s ever challenged.

Deposit collected on the spot

Payment runs the moment the agreement is signed, while the prospect is still looking at the board they just approved — not a follow-up invoice sent the next day.

Phase 3

Run & renew

The relationship doesn’t end at signature — it just moves to a different link.

Client portal

Your advertiser can review their live creative, leave comments, and request an upsell — without calling you to ask what’s currently posted.

Campaign hub

One link covers the whole account: contracts, creatives, flight dates, invoices, and proof of posting. "Did my board actually go up?" stops being a phone call.

Renewal, not re-sale

As a flight nears its end, send a renewal offer through the same sign-and-deposit pattern that closed the original deal — keep the account instead of starting the sales process over from a cold reset.

An approach worth adopting

Let your happiest clients sell the next one.

A referred advertiser already trusts you before the first call — that’s the cheapest lead on the board. Consider rewarding any client who sends you a business that signs: a free flight or a few bonus display days costs you unsold inventory, not cash, and it turns your client list into a standing referral channel instead of a one-time sale.

Log the referral against the new deal in your pipeline so the reward is easy to honor and easy to track back to the client who earned it.

Run the whole client lifecycle from one place.

Design the spec art, close the deal, then keep the account running — without switching tools at every handoff.
